About Louisa

Growing up as an ‘intuitive’ gave me an outsider’s view on what consitutes a ‘great life’. It’s safe to say ‘the pursuit of joy’ and living with passion has been my greatest quest.
I have lived in 5 countries and am currently an internet based coach, working out of our home in Portugal, Europe.
I love investigating all sorts of techniques and routes to joy, and so regularly interview other coaches and healers about their own experiences. These are my ‘Feel Good Conversations’ on YouTube.
I believe we are living through ‘awakening times’ and that society is on the verge of a major shift, and so my big question is ‘How can I gracefully transition into this new way of being? And ‘How can I best support others in this time of collective unravelling and discovery?
Aside from my being a wife and mother, and running my own business, I also am a presenter on the ‘Good Morning Portugal’ show, (Mon-Fri) with my husband, Carl Munson
