Had a lovely surprise yesterday when I opened my email…
Solstice/Full Moon greetings to you all!
I'm back after a short maternity break. (I gave birth to my third child, mid November). At the moment, I'm doing the bare bones, as I obviously have my hands pretty full with a newborn to love, nurse, burp and nappy change....and I'm enjoying it, it's marvellous.
North Node into Cancer - 7th November 2018 - 5th May 2020
Mid November is an interesting time. Let's not mince words - It's like being in a whirlwind of swirling energies moving in different directions.
This is a POTENT FULL MOON, and if you're in any way into 'intention work', this is one of the most potent times of the year to sit down, collect your thoughts and dream a bigger future for yourself. So check into the energy of it at 17.45 (UTC) on the 24th October 2018
"This energy is tuned in to clarity. The Virgo New Moon challenges Neptune to ‘come clean’ and because both Neptune, the Sun and the Moon are in supportive aspects to Pluto (transformation) and Jupiter (expansiveness, optimism), there’s a strong element that the solution can be revealed."
This is part one of a two part Retrograde Summer experience.
In this piece I look at the effect and meaning of each of the 7 (yes 7) planetary bodies involved in our retrogrades this year. In part two, I look at the powerful release points where you can ease off some of this cosmic tension with a little moon magic and intention work. If you've been through the mill recently, why not join me in getting some clarity on when and how this will all pass.....

Partial Solar Eclipse/August 11th 2018 / 10.46 GMT
Here's the details I'm most interested in with this week's New Moon/Eclipse and the overall energies of lunar magic. Their meaning and explanation is below:-
We’re promised a great new start, if and when we can clear the decks of bullsh*t in our lives. This may cause chaos, and may connect us in to the fight of our life. The question is, how great is your life while you sit on your truth? I give you, June’s New Moon!
I'm tired of *incense and *yoga pants. I want to bust out of the world of where astrology usually sits. Don't get me wrong - I like a bit of *Nag Champa and a good stretch, but astrology seems to take place in mystic fairs and in online forums...I want it to breathe in the fresh light of day. I'm up for a possibility that astrology sits in a world where it reaches everyone and without stigma.
Jupiter's orbit around the Sun takes 11.86 years to complete. It therefore changes astrological sign approximately every 12 months, sometimes more and sometimes less. This month, Jupiter moves into Scorpio and will reside there for just under 13 months. So what does this transit mean to us? If you can remember back 12 years to what was happening last time, you'll have a head start. But if you can't remember, let's explore some of the themes about to surprise and delight us...
Jupiter going into Scorpio will affect us all in one way or another, and for some of us it will have a bigger impact. Much of this depends on our personal charts and where the sign of Scorpio falls. It can also depend on where Pluto is in our charts as Pluto rules Scorpio. For people with a strong Scorpio, these periods of time, can have a dramatic influence in shaping our lives.
